Action
Visibility & Public Awareness
Meaningful social change begins when ideas reach people. Visibility and public awareness are therefore not simply communication objectives, but the foundation upon which lasting impact is built. To strengthen public engagement, TICA has appointed Chairman Dr Ching-Fu Lin as its ambassador and established official channels on LINE, Facebook and YouTube, creating accessible platforms for communication, engagement and meaningful dialogue with the wider community.
Community Building
Strong communities are not created overnight, nor sustained by a single voice. TICA believes that lasting change emerges when people unite around a shared purpose. Through partnerships with healthy ageing organisations across Taiwan, TICA is fostering a diverse and resilient membership community built on collaboration, shared values and long-term commitment.
Action & Converging
Building a society that is prepared for a super-aged future requires collective action. Governments, businesses, academia and civil society each have a role to play, and meaningful progress depends on their ability to work towards a shared goal.
To strengthen cross-sector collaboration, TICA has partnered with ten universities across Taiwan, establishing the Pioneer University Alliance for Longevity and bringing together regular events for dialogue, exchange and ongoing engagement. Alongside businesses, TICA also works to advance initiatives that bring longevity values into everyday practice.
Across government, industry, healthcare and civil society, TICA continues to build networks of collaboration. This includes working with municipalities to develop the Longevity City Programme and contributing to the Action Plan for Ageing Technology Industries led by the National Science and Technology Council under the Executive Yuan, helping shape a more innovative and sustainable longevity society.

TICA Voice Digital Platform
TICA has established formal partnerships with ten universities across Taiwan, forming the Pioneer University Alliance for Longevity. City of Longevity Digital Toolkit
TICA introduces the City of Longevity Digital Toolkit, developed by the UK’s National Innovation Centre Ageing, helping cities uncover their unique strengths and connect with global networks of knowledge and resources. Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Kaohsiung have begun engaging with international longevity city frameworks, demonstrating how cities can advance towards healthier and more sustainable longevity-focused communities.
